MNB's debit card processor has introduced enhanced fraud protection for our cardholders. If a transaction appears to fall outside your usual spending pattern you may receive a telephone call from a fraud specialist or auto-voice system, asking for the last 4 digits of your social security number and confirmation of certain transactions. If you cannot be reached, for security purposes the card may be blocked for future transactions. If you receive a call and have further questions, please contact your local branch office or call us at 865-908-1600. If you can provide prior notice of travel arrangements, we can alert your account record. Thank you!
